Frank is a veteran broker and a long-term resident
of San Luis Obispo. Immediately prior to joining Adobe Realty,
Frank and his wife Jill opened and successfully operated Mission
Real Estate in the historic brick Chong Candy Store building
within sight of Adobe Realty.
Before zeroing in on real estate sales and
service over 25 years ago, Frank worked in real estate title
insurance, and in banking, serving initially as one of the first
local loan agents for Great Western Bank and ultimately managing
the Pismo Branch, giving him a greater understanding of
financing and escrow operations than most other brokers.
Frank has also worked in law enforcement locally
and he is a veteran of the US Marines.
Frank and Jill arrived on the Central Coast some
40+ years ago from North Dakota by way of Southern California.
They lived first in Morro Bay, Arroyo Grande and Atascadero
before settling in San Luis Obispo in the Ferrini Ranch Estates
area, giving him an appreciate and understanding of real estate
county wide.
Frank and Jill have adult children, and
grandchildren, in Southern California. They love to entertain
and travel, and continue to work with several local groups to
promote healthy growth, and prosperity for San Luis Obispo. They
have many, many friends and associates in the area. Frank and
Jill continue to manage properties independently.
